I am a stay at home mom of two daughters, a two-year-old and an eight-year-old, and I am opening a brand new day home in the Linkside area in Spruce Grove as of June 1st. I live in a quiet residential neighbourhood with a fenced-in backyard, and there are also two playgrounds and soccer fields a short walking distance away. The school bus stop is right outside my front door.  I provide homemade meals and healthy snacks according to the Canada Food Guide. I am open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. There are 4 full time spaces available for children ages 3 and older. The house has 3 older, very friendly cats and is completely non-smoking.

I have my Level C First Aid and CPR training through St. John Ambulance, and my husband and I both have valid Drivers’ Licenses and our RCMP Security Clearance, as well as our Child Intervention Record Checks.   References are available.

I provide lots of activities both indoors and outdoors, including puzzles, books, play-doh, colouring, arts and crafts, blocks, trains and cars, dress-up, and kitchen play in our fully-finished basement, designed as a child's play room.  I have a trampoline, slide, water table, sand box, and kiddie pool for the summer months.  I also work with the children on learning their letters, numbers, colours, shapes, etc. through fun work sheets and other learning tools.  Each child will get personal attention, healthy meals, and have lots of fun!
